trekicontest | Challenge 272: Technology

This is a challenge we haven't done in a while, and with the LJ glitches this month, it's appropriate. This week, we'll focus on technology from the Trekverse!

This can be any tool, gadget, item, or thingy-ma-bopper that is used exclusively in the Trekverse! (Think VISORs, hyposprays, tricorders, etc etc etc!) The only technology NOT permitted is starships of any style - other transporting devices are allowed!

You may also use text only - utilizing the names of these technologies, or some of the high-tech futuristic jargon only heard in Star Trek.

RULES:
- You may enter up to 4 (four) icons for this challenge.
- Only members may enter.
- The same cap may be used more than once provided the crop is significantly different.
- Use screen captures, promo images, or text only regarding Trekverse technology.

- Animation, textures, brushes, text, any caps are allowed.
- All icons must be original to THIS challenge.
- Icons must remain anonymous until after voting.
