Challenge 139: Spoof Quotes

It’s been a while since we’ve done a quote challenge, and this round we’re going to do something a bit different with it.

Taken from a challenge over at toon_icontest, for this challenge, we’ll use spoof or wrong quotes. For example, instead of making an icon with McCoy and the text “I’m a doctor, not an elevator!”, show an icon with McCoy and the text “Dr. Feelgood”, from the Motley Crue song.

Each icon MUST include text - but the text must NOT be from Star Trek or in reference to the Trekverse. Use a quote, song lyric, saying, or other text that spoofs the icon!

Any image from the Trekverse is fine, as are promo images. Just make sure you have non-Trekverse text included!


RULES:
- You may enter up to 4 (four) icons for this challenge.
- Only members may enter.
- The same cap may be used more than once provided the crop is significantly different.
- Use ANY screen captures or promo images.

- All icons must fit LJ req's: 100 x 100, 40k, and PNG, JPG or GIF format.
- Animation, brushes, textures, any caps are allowed. MUST include non-Trek text!
- All icons must be original to THIS challenge.
- Icons must remain anonymous until after voting.
- Submit your icons to THIS post in a screened comment with URL and image.
